[GB-Today] Latino-focused White Paper Now Available

Announcing the availability of the Latino Education Issues Task force white 
paper entitled "Fostering a Collaborative Vision of a One Gigabit 
Ubiquitous Network for California's Latino Community."

On October 16, 2003, CENIC's One Gigabit or Bust Initiative Latino 
Education Issues Task Force and the Hispanic Association of Universities 
and Colleges (HACU) held a joint workshop to address the best means to 
bring ubiquitous Internet access into underserved Latino communities.

The resulting 20-page white paper is now available at in both HTML and PDF 
versions at http://www.cenic.org/GB/pubs/gbpubs.htm.

In addition to the full white paper, a one page bulletin highlighting key
