[Mtools-report] Action items from the today's call

Here is what I think we all said we would do.  I am putting it in an email to
remind all of us, most importantly myself:

1) Ken was going to check with Michael about using the Berkeley smokeping
server for our pilot
2) We were going to use the HPR TAC to have the UC and Independent campuses
identify a ping target for the pilot.
3) Jeremy was going to look through rancid configs to identify ping targets
for CSUs, CCs, and K12s.  I intend to use the loopback address of the CENIC
router at all sites except possibly sites with more than one router, a switch
instead of a router, and K12 sites that still have a 7507 in which case I
will use the terminal server if it exists.
4) Dave was going to check with Brian to see if for those sites that had
multiple CENIC routers if one of the devices loopback addresses was still a
good ping target.
