[Mtools-report] Interesting possibility with smokeping monitoring

While I have not been able to come up with an example yet as I am gathering
loopback and terminal server addresses to monitor, I think it is a real
possibility based on the placement of the smokeping server(s) that a given
server will for some sites be measuring performance on the less utilized tail
connection for that site.
