All,
As you know we cranking up and/or reconstituting some working groups.  
Linda Winkler has agreed to chair the DCN Working Group and Carla Hunt  
has agreed to Chair the Measurement Working Group. If you are  
interested in participating in either or both groups please contact  
Linda or Carla. Also, as I stated yesterday please forward this to  
anyone who you think might be interested, there is no requirement to a  
member of NTAC to participate in a WG.
Thanks and welcome to both of the new chairs.
