[Mtools-report] Weathermap

During the conference call last Friday, weathermaps were brought up.  We
are currently using an open source program called cacti to do some
weathermaping for our internal use.  We have recently finished making
some changes on the site so there is something to see other than white
arrows.  If anyone is interested feel free to take a look.  URL
cacti.k12hsn.org  username and password are both k12hsn.
