[net-perf] piPEs preferred linux distro?

I've been using Fedora Core 3 on Opteron based systems. The web100
stuff seems to work ok, but there are some issues with "bad pmd"
kernel errors that are still being worked on. I've been running
a kernel with test patches in it that fix that issue, so I'm going
to try the web100 stuff again soon. The "bad pmd" errors only
affect x86_64 linux kernels so if you're using a P3/4 you shouldn't
have that problem.
