[net-perf] Web100 support for FreeBSD needed

Following up on John's note:

If anyone out there has a student that wants to make some money over
the summer and do some badly needed work, then the FreeBSD project,
in conjunction with Google, is looking to hire someone to add support
for Web100 to the kernel:

for submitting an application is June 14th.
