Sigh. You are going to shame me into fixing a long-standing bug. Basically, 
errors are not propagating back to the client properly so many errors now come 
back with this same error message.

The most likely "real" problem is that the server was not able to allocate an 
open scheduling slot in the time allocated. Use the -L option to allow it more 
time to schedule. (The default is probably too small, I'm thinking about 
increasing it.)

If this doesn't work around your problem, please let me know.
