[net-perf] pre-loading AES keys (was Re: Participant list and directions for next week's performance workshop)

I know a few of you have already used the form at
<http://e2epi.internet2.edu/pipes/ami/bwctl/>
to give us an AES key to install in Abilene, but if
there are any others that have installed enough of
bwctl to be able to generate thier own AES key, I'll
try to pre-load as many of them as possible before the
workshop if they can be sent by Monday morning.

If you haven't gotten that far, or don't know what the
heck I'm talking about, don't worry, we'll cover it during
the workshop.
