I have installed aliases for the preferred UCB owamp/bwctl/ndt servers. 
They are:

owamp.berkeley.edu
bwctl.berkeley.edu
ndt.berkeley.edu

These are all aliases that are load balanced by our VRRP-enabled smokeping 
servers that point to our asymmetrically-routed NTP servers, which send an 
HTTP redirect to the server that I decide each morning is the server I 
want you pointing your trashy BWCTL/OWAMP clients for that particular 
hour.
