[net-perf] CENIC piPEs workshop

I, for better or worse, have no experience with the local hotels. 
Nothing is going to be particularly close to the event location (so 
you'll have to hike or drive).  My leaning would be towards the campus 
Guest House.  I'll arrange for parking for those who need it (wait until 
the official RSVP request please).
